Pharmagyan was created with the goal of creating an interactive platform that could provide unprecedented support to pharmacy students, professionals and researchers in their concepts, as well as raise student awareness of the field and introduce the various upcoming research and job opportunities in Pharmacology.

Kaustav has worked with several global customers in understanding their business challenges and have proposed optimal learning solutions that are backed by apt learning strategies to enhance employees’ performance.
Core expertise include Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Account Management, Vendor Management and Training Needs Analysis.
Kaustav is also experienced with various instructional design methodologies and training techniques and have designed and developed comprehensive and specialized technical programs – WBT/ILT/Blended Learning.

Currently Managing partner in Taab Biostudy Services. In a span of 12 years Bhaswati has demonstrated the leadership role in managing the bioequivalence study center in Eastern Region, Kolkata. Pharmagyan is a brainchild of Bhaswati and she is confident that the talent pool in Taab Biostudy Services will be able to benefit Pharmagyan in providing subject matter expertise.
